The newly opened hotel, after a major renovation, shook the hotel industry on the island, invites you to an ultra-luxurious holiday on a private peninsula by the beautiful Bella mare beach, along the 2 km of sandy coast.
All rooms have been completely designed from the ground up, with 142 rooms overlooking the Indian Ocean or the lush gardens. The rooms are very spacious, the standard room category is 60-65 sq m, apartments start from 100 sq m.
Restaurants
The hotel offers 5 restaurants, the famous winner of the Michelin star, Marc De Passorio, is responsible for the culinary artistry.
Exquisite cuisine based on ecological products is served in the Prime restaurant, famous for its Angus and Wagyu beef.
Tapasake, stunning over-water restaurant specializes in tapas-style servings of pan-Asian food, created by talented chefs with a flair for theatrical cooking. Watch in awe as they take on the grills, masterfully invoking traditional techniques to create their exciting Japanese specialties with a Spanish twist.
Le Point soak up waterfront dining at its best at La Pointe. Our stunning open-sided pavilion and timber sundeck offer panoramic views of our resort Palm Grove pool and, mere metres away, our expanse of beach and the vivid blue ocean. Mauritian-style barbecues bring out the best from the local catch of the day, enjoyed with local rum cocktails.
Amenities
There are 3 floodlit tennis courts and 2 of the island’s first paddle courts designed by Henri Leconte. 3 swimming pools, one for adults only.
At the PADI Dive Center, you can get certified and then visit the coral reefs near the Le Saint Géran wreck where the hotel’s name comes from.
The hotel has prepared the KidsOnly entertainment program for children aged 3 to 11, which is carried out under the supervision of qualified and certified staff. Young people aged 11 to 17 can take advantage of the One Tribe program, which provides free fun and entertainment in accordance with a predetermined schedule.
Water Sport Pavillon offers free use of non-motorized water sports such as: mini-moats, water skis, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, wakeboarding and boat trips with a glass floor from which we can admire the underwater world.
